As you already know, we were pleased with the work that Jamie did as our on-site foreman. He was clearly committed to the project, a good communicator, and followed through on every discussion or request. The fact that he made himself personally available to provide customer service was much appreciated on our end. The crew were pleasant and respectful too. I would also like to recognize Denise in the office. While I have yet to meet her, she was clear, patient and efficient in the numerous telephone and email communications I had with her. As with the on-site crew, I had the impression that she understood the customer perspective and is a professional in her role.”
